A simplify e-commerce website

I need to design a simplified e-commerce website that only sells our own products. Users can buy products from this website, but the most important feature is that users can get information from this website to use their hardware products. There are 5 types of accounts on this website. Super administrator is like manufacturers. The administrator is like a wholesaler; the user is like a buyer; Tester is similar to Users, but only tests the product before selling it;

Information servers are like email servers. Each hardware has a separate information machine in the server to provide information. It's like someone has an email account in an email server. After the person signs in to the account, he can access his email. Information is generated by our special hardware, called the Information Machine. Therefore, once the user's hardware needs its information, the information server will find the corresponding information machine and get the instant message, and return it to the user.
