A Responsive marketplace website where users can pre-pay for gas

Only admin can open account for gas station on the website.

How website works:

1) User registers on this site using Name, Phone No & Email. User receives OTP as SMS to complete sign up. User creates profile after sign up. Profile includes User's sign up details (pulled automatically from sign up details) and Car(s) specifications (which contains details of users car(s)). Maximum of four cars can be saved per profile.

2) Users can filter search for gas stations based on: Name of gas station, Area Located, Proximity to users and Operational hours . Only gas stations registered on the website are displayed and Each gas station is assigned a code. List is updated by distance as user drives around.
3) For user to pre-pay for gas, the following steps are taken.

i) If user is making purchase for vehicle:
User selects desired gas station, User selects Make of car that gas is being purchased for from Drop Down menu, ie Toyota, etc, User selects Model of car that gas is being purchased for from Drop Down menu, ie Prado, etc, User inputs plate number of Vehicle, User selects how many liters they want to purchase for car from Drop Down menu, ie 20 Liters,etc, Then user checks out and makes payment. A 1% service charge and a 9% processing fee is added to the cost of the gas at checkout, meaning grand total user will pay is: Cost of Gas+Service Charge+Processing Fee.
User is given option to select one of Car specifications saved on User's profile or to manually enter Car details (in case car is different from those saved on the user's profile).

ii) If user is making purchase for storage container:
User selects desired gas station, User Selects size of container buyer is coming to gas station with from Drop Down menu, ie 25 Liters containers, 50 Liters containers etc, User selects number of containers buyer is coming with to gas station from Drop down menu, ie 1 container, 3 containers etc, User inputs name of person making purchase, User inputs ID buyer will use to identify themselves on arrival at the station,ie Driver's license, International Passport, Company ID. Service charge of 1% and processing fee of 9% is added to the Cost of gas at checkout which means Grand Total user will pay is : Cost of gas+ Service Charge+Processing Fee.
Admin can alter the % charged for service charge and processing fee at any time from back end. It will be higher during peak periods and lesser during off peak periods.

4) After payment has been made, an E-receipt is generated for user and receipt contains Unique Code which buyer will provide to gas attendant to obtain their gas. The unique code works similar as a gift code voucher and code is generated using the Gas station code as a prefix. Web admin gets copy of E-receipt and a copy of receipt is sent to user as email and as text message (*in case user does not have a smart phone).

5) When buyer gets to Gas station, buyer gives attendant unique code and attendant searches for the order (by logging into the gas station account on the website) using the code. once gas attendant punches in the correct code, it is marked as used,to avoid the buyer or attendant using the code again and dispenses gas to user OR Gas attendant texts unique code to a specified number and gets a reply with details of the Order, By texting this unique code to the number and obtaining the Order details, the Unique code is marked as "Used" and cannot be used again by buyer/attendant. If User/ Gas attendant tries to send unique code a second time, a system message informs him that code has already been used. After viewing details, attendant dispenses gas.
6) Website admin opens account on the website for each gas station that wants to sign up for the service. From here gas station attendant can Log in to view: How many orders have been placed with their gas station, How many orders for their gas station have been fulfilled and How many orders for their gas stations are pending, How much sales have been made daily, weekly or Monthly hence making it easy for them to calculate their revenue.

7) From users account, they can view their purchase history with dates, they can also edit their profile for their account. Each user account is allowed to register a maximum of FOUR cars (specifications) and each car specification will include: Make of car ie Toyota, Model of Car ie Prado and Plate number of car. The advantage of this is that each time user wants to make purchase, they do not need to start selecting car details from Drop Down menu but can just click on any of the pre-saved car profiles on their account. User can also email purchase history.

8) User can invite friends via email or FB & "Gift" friends, by clicking on the "Gift Gas" button besides each friend's name on their friend list.
