General information for the website: we require two websites with the same theme one for estate agent and the other for travel agents
Database management system (DBMS): MySQL
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of requirements/features: for estates we require a search option for sales and lettings, need back admin access to upload properties also an option to send the upload to other sites, also require a few third party links.

for the Travel agency website ...we need to enquiry window for flight, hotels and holidays and in response to enquiry results will be displayed from 3rd parties API's and from our own data ....Displaying results will require XML and jquery skills ..as in response to 3rd parties request ..we will recieve large XML file ..which then will be displayed in ascending order......and more pages with CMS require to update own personal products

will be combination of price comparison site and travel agency ....In comparison website ..prices for travel agency like flight , hotel and holiday ..this data will be fetched live data and compare will present however we want ...whereas travel agency ...will be pushing my own prices for offline and same time will be promoting my own specific holiday packages like yoga holidays
