Website development

We are a start-up company in the event and entertainment industry, and need a website to support a short-duration pilot project. The philosophy for this website is to keep it as simple as possible, yet some database functionality and online booking system must be put in place. There is also scope for some graphical design if the contractor can offer that. Please see attachment for a more detailed specification for the website. Deadline for the website is June 1st, but we are hoping a staged development will be possible so that we can get to an online presence quickly.
