Some outlines for Web migration task

Main target: Move existing medium complexity Excel workbook to turn it to web-based application/system/database.
The existing workbook has numerous input fields:
1. Free text fields. They can be filled manually or via access to Trello cards (simply pulling the values to fill in the fields from the specified card).
2. Predetermined drop-down boxes.
The calculated fields are:
1. Pure mathematics, formulas, nested IFs, etc.
2. Lookup fields – linked to the data tables inside the workbook, VLOOKUP mostly, based on simple to moderate complexity rules
3. Web query fields to get the data from www.zoopla.co.uk, www.gov.uk, www.epcregister.com
The outputs are:
1. Calculated result based on the input fields
2. Various comments, recommendations, and warnings depending on the rules applied to the results.
Desired workflow:
The application must be multiuser, providing a secure login.
The two-level access – admin – full strength and regular user – access to front end and editing /reading certain databases.
Ability to organize / edit / enhance data in lookup tables (databases).
Ability to enter desired inputs, and get the calculated / web-requested fields filled in the same manner as Excel workbook does.
Save the result and all inputs as a separate record in a “Results” database.
Desired outputs:
Based on the selected record in “results” database, create Word or PDF file as per pre-determined template with the specific data.
Attach these files to input Trello card, or enhance Trello card with certain data. (optional)
