Web application in php and mysql

i need someone to build a web application in my sql and php.There is not bidding or payments. there is just the signing up, logining in, posting a job, and messaging throughout the site, and also the favourites, where you can bookmark your favourite labourers/ freelancers.

i need someone who has good spoken english, and will be willing to properly explain everything they did, how the code works etc. i need someone who has efficient communication skills and will keep me updated throughout the project

you also need to be good at sticking to deadlines. i need this application in about a week.

and finaly but certainly not least, you need to have great experience in using php and mysql, and have built applications using this before.

Please dont ask me about building the application using cms, joomla wordpress or whatever, this needs to be done strickly in php and mysql.
