Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I have developed a piece of software, based on access and some code which creates random numbers. These numbers are related to pieces of text. It is like an electronic form of the I Ching. Or rolling dice. When I run the program, it creates a random list of numbers. These numbers are related each to a piece of text. The software then re-exports the list back to access, which displays a "report". When the program starts up, a series of graphics play on the screen. There's no programming as such required for this job. The problem is that it very often has conflicts with windows xp, vista and 7. It will usually run okay if it's opened by Access on the client's machine, but not always. It was originally made with access 97, and windows 95, which I presume is the problem.
I need it debugged. It is a run-time access program with some additions. It needs to run regardless of whether the person has microsoft access on their machine or not. Anyone interested? Ronnie.
