Unix / Linux Server Back Up and Recovery Solutions Consultant

Looking for a consultant to set up and provide a step-by-step data backup and recovery process (with screenshots) for a Unix server and selected folders using open-source tools such as BorgBackup/Rsync, etc. The setup must include two backup types: (1) Mirror backup and (2) Tiered backups (4x daily, daily, weekly, monthly), with backups stored across three separate cloud vendors: Ionos, Azure, and Hetzner. The consultant should help us ensure the solution works end-to-end when we follow the step-by-step document provided, troubleshoot any issues, and perform a successful recovery test.
