Translator Project Control Database

We need a simple relational database using Microsoft Access.
We are a publishing house that publishers about 10 titles a year. For each title we have about 25 to 35 language translations. So the database would be for about 350 to 500 records.
A title has about 5 timeline nodes: 1. the Manuscript is sent out to a translator 2. translator send translation to designer 3 designer sends lay out to translator for approval 4. the designer completes print ready version of book
5. the translator completes narrating the text 6. the translator gets paid

The reports we need are :
Status by title : listing which translators have not completed at any deadline time
Status by translator : listing the load on any translator to see where they stand on titles
Titles ready for translation: looks at how many are still waiting to be ready for printing

We need you to create this database, test it and handover to us to install on our server. This is not a web based project but a simple relational database.
