Training Matrix

Need a simple training matrix with a basic formula and just headings, i can then fill out and add as required. nothing over the top simple and easy to use, need the following in the formula. how many total in each column i.e. totals and then i would like the date entered to turn green when in date and then amber for 6 months left and red when out of date. 2 years to be the parameters for out of date.

i have added a picture of the kind of spread sheet i am looking at, id like to be able to just add columns as required.
