Take data in emails and put it into Airtable automatically.

I need somebody to help me take information from online order emails (outlook or gmail, you choose) from Amazon/Ebay and put them in Airtable spreadsheet using Airtable Api. The solution needs to be free to run. The emails are all in the same inbox and I would like it to update on intervals or as the emails are received. There are 12 pieces of information I need moved over to Airtable. Examples: Order date, Order number, Total invoice price, Item name, estimated delivery date etc... this would be in the order confirmation emails.
I also need it to update the existing row once it receives a shipped notification for the same order. (checkmark box) I have existing emails already that you can use as a template and you can make a suggestion on the software that you will use. If you require a higher rate I would still like to hear from you but I am on a budget so I would like the more affordable coders who can do this easily. Thank you for your time :)
