SimPro - Extracting Data

I require someone who has experience in extracting data from a website called SimPro. What my requirement is I need to extract all the tables/data in SimPro and export them to an excel sheet so that I can manipulate the data and create various Master sheet. This method needs to be a "live" link meaning each time I look at the database it is always upto date.
