Show us how to manipulate sheets in google Sheets

I require someone to share screen with me and show me how to Merge, Remove Duplicates, Manipulate sheets in google Sheets.

We have a number of sheets with data that has a number of duplicates and some that need to be merged.

Essentially I have a number of sheets with a lot of rows that need to be merged and duplicated removed so I'm stuck with the right data for what i need

Can us a script or a add on or a marco or simple the functions built into google.

This should take 10-15 mins as we had someone show us before, but they have now disappeared
