Setting up a database communicating with a Unity program.

1. I need someone to set up the phpmyadmin database on my web server.
2. I have a basic registration system Unity project which i would like to connect to the database to register new User names & email addresses I have php registration scripts written but is not connecting to db (HTml connection failed) so either troubleshoot or rewrite the php and get it working .If It is a quick job I would like to spend some time discussing other requirements I have for the database and the best way to organise that
