Search Engine Website - Design and Development

This is a start-up project that requires a full stack developer to create a search engine website - with a map function (draw area, radius) which will allow users to search for a niche service provider. The linked database will be created initially manually, but with the aim that end users can add to this database once the website is live.

Each entry for the database needs to be linked to a small profile of the business which can be reviewed by end users and also has basic information on services they provide, a photo upload function and contact details.

Minimalist design - looking for a very simple but professionally finished website that moves with speed. Ideally I would like a developer that has undertaken similar projects before - if you have a portfolio that would be great. I can also provide links to similar websites that could, if the project is accepted - be used as templates
