Question Bank

Hello I am looking for an expreienced expert to create a question bank (database?) which will enable me to create unlimited subject targeted tests for my online students.

I am looking for something very something similiar to the following websites: -

We will probably input the questions ourselves.

We will need to be able to upload images and have multiple choice questions as well a free text boxes.

The submitted test should then be automaticaly marked on submission with the scors recorded for the teachers review.

It would also be great if we could create student reports from results but this can be phase 2.

Phase 1 - an example,
Phase 2 - a working draft for our to trial
Phase 3 - Finished - ready for questions to be input
Also a possible Phase 4 - inputting the questions and answers for us (per 500)
