Property Management Dashboard

1. Project Overview:
Develop an Excel-based dashboard to manage and track financial data for six properties located abroad in Europe.

2. Objectives:
• Consolidate mortgage details for each property, including remaining balance and monthly payments.
• Track rental income from tenants for each property.
• Calculate monthly profit for each property and overall profit.
• Create a master summary sheet that aggregates data from all six properties.
• Design individual tabs for each property that update the master summary in real-time.

3. Requirements:
• Data Fields for Each Property:
• Property Identifier (Name/Location)
• Total Mortgage Amount
• Remaining Mortgage Balance
• Monthly Mortgage Payment
• Monthly Rent Income
• Monthly Profit (Rent Income minus Mortgage Payment)
• Master Summary Sheet:
• Aggregated data showing total mortgage balance, total monthly payments, total rent income, and total profit across all properties.
• Individual Property Tabs:
• Detailed breakdown of each property’s financials.
• Real-time updates when new data is entered.

4. Deliverables:
• A fully functional Excel workbook with one master summary sheet and six individual property tabs.
• Clear instructions for data entry and updates.
