Programme to scrape goalscorer data

General information for the business: Personal use
Database management system (DBMS): Microsoft SQL Server
Description of requirements/functionality: Data I need to scrape (eg from http://espnfc.com/player/_/id/42329/ross-mccormack?cc=5739)

* number of matches a player starts
* number of goals a player scores when he starts
* number of goals the team scores when he starts
* % of goals the player scores when he starts
* number of matches a player scores first when he starts
* % of matches a player scores first when he starts
* the average goal minutes of a player per match he starts (eg if he scores in the 15, 22 and 75 minute, this would be 112 minutes)
* home matches and away matches split
* matches able to be broken down by competition

Added functionality:
* Data to be easily update-able in an efficient way
* Scrap bookmaker odds for required matches from comparison websites (oddschecker.com)
* To be able to convert player goal % into odds (I have this model) and compare to bookmakers' odds
Specific technologies required: I'm not entirely sure but I'm guessing something along the lines of VBA, SQL, Java?
Extra notes: Attached is an idea of the data I need for each player. The players I need are:

* English Premiership, Championship, League 1 and 2
* Italian Serie A
* French Ligue 1
* Spanish La Liga
* German Bundesliga
* Scottish Premiership
* US Major League Soccer
* Australian A-League
