I have a SQL Server instance.
I need a fairly simple Python script which extracts data from one table, including a column containing some JSON, and one containing the action type. The action type will determine the structure of the JSON (more details will be provided).
The script will need to loop through one table, parse out the JSON and insert / update / delete that data from other tables as required.
Importantly this will be parsing millions of rows per day, so the Python will need to be optimized for speed.
For an experienced Python programmer I don't think this should be more than a couple of hours work.

Do you have sample format of python? Also is this to be run locally as script
