Online catalogue scrape for new product line on Magento 2

We would like to launch two new product lines within https://www.brooksuspension.co.uk/fork-seals which is a motorcycle parts ecommerce store specialising in suspension and suspension parts. A new Brand Athena https://www.athena.eu/en-gb/ offers two types of seals, Fork Dust Seals and Fork Oil Seals and we would like to sell them alongside our existing NOK brand https://www.nok.co.jp/en/product/seal/oilseal.html

We will provide login details for our supplier category pages https://mike.larsson.uk.com/en/ta/5/category/10202040100/ and https://mike.larsson.uk.com/en/ta/82/category/10202040300/

These categories list all of the "Oil" and "Dust" seals available and are then itemised by Manufacturer, Model and Year of motorcycle.

I have attached example of the directory pages as they are viewed as well as the contents of the pages that list individual SKU's.

We would like to scrape the data within 107 fork dust cap SKU's and 68 fork oil seals and populate a spreadsheet in the format as below:

A tab on the xls spreadsheet for each SKU with then a list of all of the fitments therein starting left to right with Manufacturer, Model, Year range start to end example 20-24 or 13-16. No duplications should be present, so for the below example:
