8. Customer clicks on button on email to choose winning quote which notifies us of the winning company bidder.
Customer enquiry booking form ( 5+ fields)
Example:
Name, number, postcode, no. Vehicles required, vehicle type required. This form answers will then need to be emailed to companies situated within the customers search area automatically with 3 question underneath the customer enquiry form. Example: Price, price with insurance and vehicle excess waver or deposit.
The form once filled in by the companies ( On Database) should be one click to send back and be filled inside a desegnated folder. The email bids inside this folder would then form list of bids ( including our percentage) inside an email to be forwarded back to the customer. Upon the customer accepting a quote they need to be able to click a button next to the bid which will notify us by email that the bid has been accepted and that the customer wishes us to procedd with the enquiry.
All fields must be completely editable through an admin panel/ similar by ourselves.
