Yorkshire Agricultural Society wish to move their bookings on-line.
The following screens show the site order.
The idea is that there will be a series of screens that take you through registration of your Horse to various competitions at the Yorkshire Show.
There is a need to register various details and depending on which category, Horse of the Year show (HOYS) or non HOYS, you book will determine how long the form is. Typically if you book a HOYS horse there is more information required, so ideally if you choose any other category the fields required for HOYS horses will not be displayed.
Next, the form needs to be in steps, so you can see how many steps there are and where you are up to.
Step 1. Register
This will be a field that asks you to enter all your details and configures a user name and password, which will be sent to you.
You will have an option not to register. In this case the screen will advice you that choosing this means if you wish to enter next year then you will need to fill all the details out again.
Step 2. Your information
If you are you owner you must state this Y/N?
Step 3. About your Horse entry
Class – this is multi choice where by selecting 1 option, it changes the next stage. All HOYA horses have to provide more info.
See Excel file for fields to complete at this stage
Form 1. Name of Animal – this is then populated
Form 2. Name of Exhibitor – this is then populated
Form 3 Form 2. Name of Rider – this is then populated
Note: An owner may have more than one horse, or more than one event they wish to book their horse in to, so once they have completed this stage, they should be asked
Do you wish to enter your horse in to another event?
Do you wish to enter another horse?
This needs to happen for each entry. If they click yes, before they get taken back to horse form, a screen needs to ask:
i. Is this for the same owner Y/N
ii. Is the rider the same Y/N
iii. Is this for the same exhibitor
If they say yes to any of these the forms should be auto populated with details entered for the last horse entry.
There also needs to be messages once each stage is complete, telling you whats next.
There will also be pop ups with info for example these two- there are around 10 in all to appear on the site.
Form 4 Payment
Form 5 – other booking details
