Need to export a zen cart products/categories descriptions sql

i need someone to export from a zen cart database with the site not working but php my admin is ok and database is ok out and import to a new fresh zen cart database elsewhere

so site got hacked database is still ok on the server we can access via php
stock and items are there

need products Name price description price category category descriptions and item and category image address exported and imported into a new database

transferring the database across complete didn't work, so need the items with categories and categorie descriptions with the price and image addreess (we have all the images in the original places)

categories/and sub categories

once the items are back on the new site i can build the site ok add on the modules etc just want the items transferred with the categories sub categories, and the category descriptions back on

i can do it easily enough in our own sql database locally on our epos etc, but i have no idea how to do the export stuff on phpmyadmin

for someone that has done this before (we work on databases but never done php my admin or exporting tables from a zen database) it should be a really simple job
