I need to complete three fields for each person all from predefined pick lists: their primary role (inferred from job title e.g. Planning Manager would be "I plan and buy media", seniority (inferred from job title e.g. CEO would be "C suite", Marketing Manager would be "Manager") and company type (e.g. "ASOS" would be "marketer/brand" and "GroupM" would be "Agency Holding Company")
