Need mysql script to transform/alter/populate DB schema

We have a working application hosted on production server. Application is made is Spring Boot and Hibernate as ORM. As part of improvements, I did lot of changes on QA server resulting in many new fields being added (some nullable while some are not). Also, I didn't kept track of changes. Now, to promote this code to production, I need both old and new schemas to be same. So, I need some one who can write advanced mysql script to do the transformation. I will provide default value for data that is non-nullable. No of tables to be modified - ~20 Amount of changes to each table - very minimal. Not more than 4 fields are added to any table DB Hosted - Yes. DB is hosted on cloud. If you want to work on local, I can provide data dump. What is expected - A MYSQL DB Script, executing which will transform my existing production schema structure to QA structure with all non-nullable fields pre-populated.
