Need Dashboard for a Music streaming flutter app

I bought an app template from codecanyon. the following is the link

its a music streaming flutter template. im looking for backend dashboard.

I want the dashboard to be something like the above link. and i want to control the full app functionalities from the backend dashboard.

Artist, Albums, Single tracks, Total streams for individual tracks/albums(sream count should be calculated only when at least one min of the song is streamed) and featured banner.

Featured banner is not available in flutter app ui and i want that also to be added in flutter template. and every time when someone opens the app, it should show random featured images(not in a particular order) which are linked to external websites.

These are all the major functionalities. Can you kindly give the budget for the above requirements.
