MySQL Query – Group, Max, and Sort

The project is to create a simple query and efficient query using Group, Max, and Sort based on the following information.

Table Details: Tbl_Documents
Document_ID int(11) AI PK
File_Type_ID int(11)
Property_ID int(11)
Date_Expiring datetime

Return all records meeting the following criteria
Group by Property_ID and then by File_Type_ID
In each group, show the record with highest date Date_Expiring
Don’t show any records where Date_Expiring is less than today's date

The deliverable will be a completed MySQL query.
