MySQL is Corrupted

Database management system (DBMS): MySQL
Description of requirements/features: MYSQL database appears to be corrupted can anyone help? My VPS is unmanaged and with Heart Internet and it has been a nightmare dealing with them! This is the information provided by them:

1) Nothing is locked by us.

2) The vps has used up almost all of it's disk space.

3) Your vps is unmanaged

These three things lead to the eventuality that cpanel isn't working (no disk space) and you'll have to go in
to the server via SSH and delete some files, you have the following large directories in the root of the drive:


28G home
5.9G homebackup
7.1G usr
3.8G var

in home/amp you have

1.5G backup-5.25.2015_14-13-33_amp.tar.gz
13G OldFiles
14G public_html
"
I can't tell you what to delete but I'd start looking at the possibility of removing "OldFiles" and "backup-
5.25.2015_14-13-33_amp.tar.gz"

in /home/amp/OldFiles/media the contents looks like this:

the /home/amp/public_html/media folder contents look very similar:

There's 12 gb of repeated data there from what I can tell, I'd certainly look at removing
/home/amp/OldFiles/media from the vps.

My website is down due to this issue.
