Migrate an app built on Ruby on Rails to new webserver

Hi

I am looking to migrate an application build on Ruby on Rails by previous developer to my own webhosting server.
Details below

Current Setup
Built on : Ruby On Rails
Database : PSQL on Amazon AWS
Repository on : Git Hub (the previous developer has asked me to provide a Git Hub username)

New Setup Requirement
Move the current setup as above to my webhosting server.
Server: Centos 6.10
PSQL: Installed
