Microsoft Access frontend design

I need a form designed that I can enter data into fields, and that data is then stored on a database. The form must have a way that users can search the database and see the data for in an easy format.

The form will contain information about an individual, date of birth, address, etc. People will fill in the form and the data stored. Then, if we want to find someone's address (etc), we can enter a name into a search field and then call up all that person's details.

It can be Microsoft Access feeding to Excel. The date file will be stored on Onedrive, and accessed by only one PC at a time.
