Microsoft Access Database into Web

Description of requirements/features: Hello,

I have an access database with 10 tables where each table has around 10 fields.
There isnt much data on it apart from a client list with contact details.

I need this database to be converted into web format so we can secure it with login prompts and access levels.

It can either read it straight from the access database or convert the database into mysql.

Need to be able to back it up.

Features needed:
-Access level
-Login
-Admin to control
-Backend
-Import from csv
-Export to csv / pdf
-Be able to add or remove fields from tables
-Log of what is done by each login with date and time (not really important right now but possible for future).

I dont mind if this is implemented in an open source CRM type of system.
