Microsoft Access Database assistance required

We are an insolvency practitioners who use access database to manage our clients. Its a pretty in depth database that was custom made for the job several years ago. This now needs some updating, including the creation of some new reporting features. It would be useful for someone to sit with my staff and talk through the features they need, then implement.
