Medium Sophisticated Access Database Development

I have a small project to develop a Microsoft Access Database. I have all the fields that need to be added. Just need to have them arranged for easy data entry and I would need to have approximately 5 designed reports/queries. No data entry is involved. I am hoping you are comfortable working with Microsoft Access. Please let me know if you are not. This is a small project so I will pay 15 USD/hr. Let me know what you think.
