Make right a Microsoft Access Database

We have a database that we need to be updated and made right. We think there are a few issues with it so would need to get it looked at and made right before we proceed.

some issues are below
• More than once, names that have been inputted have disappeared from the database and we’ve had to input them again, only for the same thing to happen.
• We’ve had difficulty adding new programmes to the database. They have also been disappearing.
• We’d like full names to appear, as opposed to just first names. This would make things substantially easier when adding clients to the specific programmes they attended.
• The layout and some of the colouring will need to be tweaked to make it more ‘viewer friendly’
• We need to add a section to each programme for ‘Funder’
