All category pages are now loading SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate errors. I thought that the cause was a failed product import in Magento, but I have restored to a backup from before that happening, and still experience the same problem.

Need this resolving ASAP, along with explanation of what could have caused it, and how to fix it if it happens again in future.
