Job Board

We need indicative costs and timeframe for an intuitive, web based, specialist jobs board. The following parameters apply (in no particular order!!):

1. scaleable and solid database and programming language
2. integrated payment facility such as worldpay
3. seo enabled
4. logo and brand design (not essential as our web designer can do this)
5. high security level
6. Areas on the website for advertising banners
6. Ability to upload documents
7. Ability for applicants to apply direct to recruiters
8. Ability for us to change content

please note that we only accept bids from and deal with UK based developers - work must not be outsourced by the winning bidder.
