If you can work supabase + bubble - long term partner needed

Hi there, my name is Dani
We use smartsuite for our back end and softr front end for our member portal
We want to migrate to something more flexible and considering bubble and supabase.
We need someone who works with these systems to build and maintain it for us.
We are a small organisation, 3 years old,
Our budget today is small, we are entering a growth phase and want someone to grow alongside us.
If you are highly skilled then this job might not be for you.
Ideally this would suit someone earlier in their career, at least a few years of experience
Who is tired of gig contracts and wants something more long term.

I have made a brief document which contains an overview of what we are looking for.
In short.
1. we look to replace what we have with softr now (a member portal)
2. replace oncehub and bring calendars inside the app
3. possibly replace our telegram channel and bring group chat into the app
4. embed an super intelligence (AI) trained on 400 hours of transcripts to answer questions members might have about content or about their membership.
