Description of requirements/functionality: I need to online shop CSV file add product categories to each item.
I got Csv file from supplier. Unfortunately there no categories are added.
I want to each line add category and subcategory the same what is on supplier website

there is 10 categories with around 0-7 subcategories for each

There is 1725 products in CSV file.
