General information for the website: Requre a web application to connect to a SQL Azure database designed for our cusstomers to report bugs
Database management system (DBMS): Microsoft SQL Server
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of requirements/features: We have a SQL Azure database. We require a web front end to be developed to allow:
1. Our customers to log in and log information about a bug
2. Our customers to upload screenshots or other information
3. Our customers or staff to add notes to a case
4. Our staff to update the status of a case
Ideally this would be done in C# / ASP .Net / CSS.

Extra notes: We would require to see samples of similar projects including database-driven websites.
