General information for the business: We are a telemarketing company
Description of requirements/functionality: We need a database into which we can put all our data records, sort / filter them according to the information (as one would in a spreadsheet), update fields, insert notes against each record relating to a specific campaign etc.
The system will need to be accessed by multiple people but no record should be able to be accessed by two people at the same time.
The system needs to be cloud hosted so it can be accessed remotely and useable on MAC and PC.
