Description
In the leads admin area, I want to create two separate lead lists from the main leads list shown in “Print Records.”
Each lead should have an option in the dropdown area to assign it to one of these lists:
Before Auction List
After Auction List
I want each list to be exportable as a PDF file and downloadable.
I also want each list to be exportable as an Excel file and downloadable.
The Excel download should include these fields:
Owner’s Name
Property Address
Owner’s Address
APN
Auction Date
County
State
Phone
Property Taxes Owed or Minimum Bid
Winning Bid

- How should leads move between “Before Auction” and “After Auction” lists? Should admins manually assign them using the dropdown only, or should the system automatically move leads based on auction date/status?
- For the PDF exports, do you want a simple table-style printable document or a professionally formatted branded report?
- Regarding the Excel export, should the file contain only currently filtered leads or all leads from that selected list? -

A few quick questions:
1. Is your website built in core PHP or any framework/CMS?
2. Do you already have PDF/Excel export functionality anywhere in the system?
3. Can you share admin access or screenshots of the current “Print Records” section?
