I need an Oracle Apex Application to monitor a database (4 pages - all sql provided).

I represent a small (niche) Oracle e-Business Suite consultancy, and we are looking for a database/e-business suite monitoring application. I am currently looking for a quote for a small piece of APEX development.

A quick overview of the spec is as follows:

We are looking to have a custom application developed which acts as a performance monitoring application (running on top of the Oracle e-Business Suite platform).

Main details are:

Login page - Standard login security

Database Performance Monitor page – Ability to display multiple individual portlets on a single page, all of the portlets will auto refresh based upon a number entered in a box at the top of the screen (I.e. 30 means refresh each portlet every 30 seconds). I will provide the sql for each of the portlets . The portlets will be a mixture of graphs and normal text.

Application Performance Monitor page – Ability to display multiple individual portlets on a single page, all of the portlets will auto refresh based upon a number entered in a box at the top of the screen (I.e. 30 means refresh each portlet every 30 seconds). Settings Page – For entry of colours, logo upload etc

Both of the above monitoring pages will need the ability to rearrange the order of the portlets via a user dragging them about. Each of the above monitoring pages will have 8 portlets, with the ability for the user to add and remove portlets (from a list of pre-defined available portlets).

All of the above is to be coded in Oracle APEX v4.x
