I need an access database modified

I have a data base, small one which is used to keep lists. It has combo boxes to filter data and orient lists. The data has following fields
Name,
wards : list of several
who to : fy, sho, spr, cons
When to see Saturday, Sunday
What to do , detail of patient
Tick when completed
I need the part modification in the Saturday and Sunday field to include all days of the week.
At the moment details are entered on Friday and the auto clear happens on Monday.
I also need this changed to 10 am everyday
Please let me know if this brief need further clarification and if it can be done in next 2 days.
