Description of requirements/functionality: Description of requirements/functionality: Access Database Specification
Access Database columns - to be structured as follows:
1. ID No – Automatically generated based on the next entry
2. First Name – Text Field
3. Surname – Text Field
4. Mob No – Number Field
5. Email – Text Field
6. Account – Text Field
7. Course Label – Drop down list selection (One selection only) (Details of these course label included within separate attachment – ‘Account Label & Course Summary’)
8. Date Completed – Date field – XX/XX/XXXX
Additional Details
I need to be able to merge data contained within the ‘Access Database’ into a separate word template ‘Certificate Template’.
The data required to be merged across from the ‘Access Database’ into the ‘Certificate Template’ is as follows
• ID No
• First Name
• Surname
• Course Label
• Date Completed
I also need the Course Label to be associated with the Summary - included within the separate attachment ‘Account Label & Course Summary’ document and this information to be merged across from the ‘Access Database’ into the ‘Certificate Template’ also.
I need to be able to undertake these merges for multiple data entry rows within the access database in one action.
