I need a programme which will scan through online data bases.

I need a programme developed that will scan through London planning permission application databases and pull out architects names, their email addresses and the address of the project they are attempting to get permission on. The data should be extracted from the government websites for each borough (33 different websites) for example https://www.planning2.cityoflondon.gov.uk/online-applications/search.do?action=weeklyList for the city of London borough. The script needs to be re usable, meaning it can be ran again in a months time and provide new data. It should pull as much data as possible.
