We are a HR, Health & Safety & Data Consultancy. We are growing, and I am sick of having a million processes and sheets, so we have moved over to google work space & I now want to bring everything together.
We need the dashboard, but also the sheets behind it. I need to be able to put some of the sheets in folders for the team to access/complete, we need to pull billing data from within client folders, and the rest needs to be designed.
I'll need hand-holding to use it too, so I need patient tech support here please :-)
These are just my thoughts - if you have done this for other businesses and there are areas I haven't thought of please feel free to help me out with your thoughts.
I'd like the look to reflect our brand and personality. Me and most of the team have raging adhd lol so I need someone with flair who can please make this bright, easy to use, dopamine hits with completed tasks/goals etc would be brilliant. Everything we do is

Hi Lisa
Do you already have a consistent naming/structure for client folders, or should I design a standard system for this? Also, how often do you need the dashboard data to refresh (real-time, daily, weekly)?
Will different team roles need different access/views in the dashboard? And do you have any existing KPIs you track, or should I help define them with you?
