    Hi Steve, I need clarification on a couple of points so we can keep this to the 2-hour scope: are the 9,000 records already in HubSpot or in a CSV/import file (and which HubSpot tier are you on), and what’s the minimum outcome you want from the 2 hours (e.g., dedupe/merge, standardise key fields, set up properties + segmentation, or fix import errors), including which date rule you want for the 2021–2030 categorisation.
