Help with Google Docs

We use Google Docs, 3 people. Problems with synchronisation which we suspect is something to do with GD using my personal email to try to sync, rather than my business email. When I update GD on my laptop, P and K can't see the changes. And when P makes changes they don't appear in my GD on the laptop.

Also, I sometimes have problems finding a document. Couple of days ago I created a GD called Revision 11, supposed to be in a particular project folder. But it isn't showing up there. I downloaded this GD as a PDF and that is in the folder OK, but not the GD itself. If I use search, I can find the document and open it, so it exists, but where?

Can you sort this for us?
