Gsheet expert needed

We currently use a series of Gsheets to give our team of 7 people access to a categorised client list with separate tabs for workflows in respect of VAT Returns, company accounts and personal tax returns. We need assistance with the following:

- Mirroring the client list into a separate payroll control sheet
- Creating a new sheet for each of our client managers so that they only see their clients as allocated from the master sheets, with the ability for any updates made by them to show on the master files
- Assistance with improving how the sheets link together and can be accessed
