I download a google ads sheet every week of call to my business. I want to track these calls and tabulate them.

Step 1. data pasted into sheet - can it automatically remove columns of unnecessary data, change format of telephone number

step 2. next weeks data has to match columns of previous weeks data.

step 3. remove rows that have duplicate phone numbers in past 7 days

step 4. add dropdown option for me to select. (booking, existing pt, no answer, duplicate call, did not book)

step 5. a column for comments and tx value added.

step 6. live tables update. show monthly results for 1. number of calls depending on filter selected, % booked, %not answered, %missed, total calls, revenue generated (calculated from table), ad spend (number i would type in), calc cost per enq, cost per booking, ROAS.
